Talent Forge Academy is the 16–19 education and placement coordination branch of Talent Forge Centre PLC, specialising in delivering high-quality work placement experiences and professional development pathways for T Level and BTEC students across the UK.
We partner with colleges, employers, and local communities to bridge the gap between education and employment by offering bespoke placement solutions, skills training, and career mentoring tailored to each learner’s needs.
We coordinate placements across a range of sectors including:

Technology
Equipping students with real-world skills in software development, cybersecurity, networking, and digital transformation.

Administration
Preparing future professionals with expertise in leadership, project management, marketing, finance, and workplace operations.

Training students in technical design, site safety, surveying, and sustainable infrastructure for modern construction projects.

What is a T-Level?
T Levels (short for Technical Levels) are two-year courses introduced by the UK government in 2020 as an alternative to A levels and apprenticeships. They are developed in collaboration with employers to ensure students gain the knowledge and experience that businesses actually need.
Each T Level is equivalent to 3 A levels and combines:
80% classroom learning: Core theories, skills, and sector-specific knowledge.
20% industry placement: A minimum of 315 hours (around 45 days) working with an employer in a real job role.
